Between shoots, we
like to edit movies, experimenting with innovative remixes. Editing helps to keep
our directing talents in tune.
We
get great response from our non-commercial remixes. Distributors like
our work, and they want to see more from us. This opens up an
opportunity for us...and you.. So here's our proposal to
filmmakers.
"Bloody Good
Films!" is interested in distributing your original movie (or a mashup
edited from public domain
content.)
We
plan to leverage the marquee value of feature films with
shorts of
the same genre. The resulting DVD will feature a compilation of great
movies that our DVD wholesalers can sell to outlets like Blockbuster
and Walmart.
This
may not be a real money maker, but it will get you the attention of
studios and distributors. And of course this will keep the
BGF catalog fresh.
